Labor Complaints Reporting Service
The Commission for Inquiry into Complaints Related to Employment Discrimination is responsible for eliminating all forms of discrimination at work of all kinds. This is in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. (3) of 2019 in order to ensure the provision of appropriate working conditions and its fair conditions and the preservation of the rights of all parties guaranteed by the Labor Law, in a manner that enhances the reality of job and social stability for workers and business owners and provides the foundations for decent work. Committee members investigate labor complaints related to discrimination at work submitted by affected workers in the private sector through communication channels.

The complainant must be on the job.

That the complainant must be registered with the company and that his/her residence is valid at the time of submitting the application.

Failure to accept the complaint if the necessary information is lacking.
