Training Courses (Introductory) for Job-seeker Service
The Service offers training and reskilling opportunities for the Ministry’s registered jobseekers (including university graduates, school leavers and drop-outs), to satisfy the labour market’s requirements by providing a qualified and well-trained national workforce. This is a preliminary step toward integrating the workforce into various vocational, technical and supervisory occupations via executing numerous specialized training projects and programs.

The applicant must be a Bahraini national.

The applicant shall be registered in one of the governorates’ employment centres or the Ministry's Employment Services Office as a job seeker.

The applicant shall not be under 18 years of age.

The applicant shall have the required qualification specified for the training program.
In order to accept admission to any of the training programs carried out by the Ministry in cooperation with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), there are certain conditions determined for each training program, along with the qualifications of the job seeker. However, there are common requirements for all training programs, including:

To view the training courses that match your qualification, you must first log in with the primary electronic key (eKey).

To apply for the course, click on “Submit” button.
To register in the training programs (basic/professional), click on the electronic link and choose the appropriate training program and training institute.
