This is done by training them in a four-month training program consisting of 20 specialised and advanced workshops in the field of management, organisation and coordination of art exhibitions and meetings, graphic design, marketing of artistic products, in addition to some diverse skills in fine arts, methods of teaching art education and classroom management. On this occasion, Dr. Fatima praised the role of the Ministry of Labour and the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) in supporting the objectives of the foundation. From that perspective, she emphasised the foundation’s keenness to continue launching qualitative programs and projects aimed at supporting the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She further reaffirmed that BTF will support national efforts in the field of preparing Bahraini competencies, refining their professional capabilities, as well as facilitating their integration in various productive sectors.
