This service is provided to workers and employers with the aim of reporting occupational diseases in the workplace, in accordance with the rules of the Labor Law in the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012, and upon reporting a report, the investigation unit in the Occupational Safety Section investigates the occupational accident, prepares the technical report and sends it to the relevant competent authorities.

The illness or injury shall be the result of an accident that occurred to the worker during the performance of work or because of it.
The illness must have occurred at the work site or any sites affiliated with it, or during the period of his going to work or returning from it.
The injured worker must be employed by the employer referred to in the form during the time of the accident.
1. Submit a report of occupational diseases by police stations, the Public Prosecution or bodies subject to the Labor Law.
2. Preliminary examination of the reporting form and approved by the competent authority.
A copy of the personal identity (valid) of the injured.
A copy of the contract concluded with the employer or establishment.
A copy of the medical report of the accident.
A copy of the social insurance report.
A copy of the police station report.
A copy of the facility's report on the accident.
A copy of the attendance and departure statement of the injured worker.
