The service is concerned with responding to legal union consultations and inquiries received from individuals, unions and establishments operating in the private sector regarding everything related to trade union affairs.

The submitted consultation must be related to the provisions of Law No. (33) of 2002 regarding trade unions.

1. When starting the service, the system will request the primary electronic key.
- 2. Enter the primary electronic key.
- 3. When logging in, choose Trade Union Services and choose the Trade Union Consulting Service from the list.
- 4. Choose Submit a New Consultation from the list.
- 5. Fill in the required fields.
- 6. Click on Send" after verifying the accuracy of the information'.
No attachments are required to provide the service, while the beneficiary can attach whatever he wishes.
