Collective Complaint

The collective dispute is registered and submitted to the Collective Labour Dispute Settlement Council or the Collective Arbitration Authority at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments at the request of the labour union or workers’ group after the failure of negotiations between the parties.

    1. The subject of the dispute must be collective.
    2. The dispute must be related to working conditions and terms of employment.
    3. The dispute must be between one or more employers and all or a group of their workers.
    4. The dispute must be submitted by the trade union organization or the majority of the facility's workers or the workers of the department in the facility to whom the dispute relates.
    5. Negotiations must take place between the two disputing parties before submitting the service request for a period of no less than 60 days " with the document proving this attached".

    1. Attach evidence of negotiation or refusal to negotiate by the representatives of the defendant.
    2. Attach the names of the complainants (with personal and contact numbers).
