Trade unions must update their data to identify their representatives and update the data of their members to benefit from the services provided by the Ministry, such as legal representation certificates and letters of full-time union work, in addition to authorization to manage the bank accounts of those organizations.

    Updating the labor union data through the trade union organization record follow-up service.


  1. 1. When starting the service, the system will request the primary electronic key.
  2. 2. Enter the primary electronic key.
  3. 3. Upon logging in, choose the labor union services and choose the trade union organization record follow-up service from the list.
  4. 4. Fill in the required fields related to adding or updating the union members' data.
  5. 5. Click on Send" after verifying the accuracy of the information".
