  1. 1. Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey).
  2. 2. Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).
  3. 3. A list of previous grievances, inquiries and complaints will appear to you with the status of each request for review and follow-up.
  4. 4. You can submit a new grievance by clicking on the “Submit a Grievance” button.
  5. 5. Enter the type of problem.
  6. 6. Enter the description of the problem.
  7. 7. Upload the necessary files for the grievance, if available.
