Reporting labor law violations related to failure to follow occupational safety and health requirements in workers’ housing or work sites

This service is provided to workers with the aim of reporting labor complaints related to occupational safety and health at work sites, in accordance with the rules of the Labor Law in the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012, and upon reporting, the inspection unit in the Occupational Safety Section investigates the labor complaint to monitor the violations mentioned in the communication.

    1. The complaint should be related to violations of the establishment's commitment to occupational safety and health arrangements.
    2. The complaint site should be within the work site or any sites affiliated with it.
    3. The complainant must be working for the employer referred to in the labor complaint form.

Personal attendance:

  1. 1. Attendance of the complainant to the Occupational Safety Department to file the complaint Personal attendance.
  2. 2. Study the complaint initially.
  3. 3. Referral of the complaint to an inspector.
  4. 4. Go to the complaint site to inspect it.
  5. 5. Completion of the legal procedures for the inspection visit.
