(Collective Complaint) Request for Negotiation to Settle a Collective Labor Dispute

The collective labor dispute negotiation request service is concerned with receiving requests for collective labor disputes submitted by trade union organizations or groups of workers to settle them amicably before submitting them to the Collective Labor Dispute Settlement Council or the Collective Arbitration Authority at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.

    1. The subject of the dispute must be collective.
    2. The dispute must be related to working conditions and terms of employment.
    3. The dispute must be between one or more employers and all or a group of their workers.
    4. The dispute must be submitted by the trade union organization or the majority of the facility's workers or the workers of the department in the facility to whom the dispute relates.
    5. Negotiations must take place between the two disputing parties before submitting the service request for a period of no less than 60 days " with the document proving this attached".
