Labour Minister receives outgoing Pakistani Ambassador to Bahrain

HE Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan HE Muhammad Ayub to mark the end of his services in the Kingdom. Humaidan expressed his appreciation to the Pakistani Ambassador for his efforts in enhancing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, noting the role of the Pakistani community working in Bahrain and its contributions to the country's development process, wishing him success in his future endeavours. For his part, Ambassador Ayub expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Minister of Labour for support in strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries. The Ambassador also referred to the thoughtfulness provided by Bahrain to the Pakistani community and workers in the country, noting the measures taken by the Government during the exceptional period of the Corona pandemic to maintain the safety of everyone, including foreign workers, which reflects the attentiveness it attaches to preserving human rights and protecting workers, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
