Opening of "Career Day" at Applied Science University

Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour, the Applied Science University held the "Career Day", in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, Dr. Waheeb Ahmed Al-Khaja, Mr. Ahmed Jaafar Al-Hayki, Assistant Undersecretary for Labour, and Mr. Aqeel Abdul Ali Bu Hussein, Assistant Undersecretary for Labour Relations at the Ministry of Labour, which was organised by the university at its headquarters on Sunday, as part of joint government and community efforts to introduce students through these events to the needs of the labour market from graduates from all scientific disciplines. More than 50 entities from the public and private sectors will participate in the event, in addition to a special stand for the Ministry of Labour, through which the ministry's projects and programs in the fields of national employment are presented. In addition to providing training opportunities in various disciplines and productive sectors. During the opening ceremony, the attendees were briefed on the stalls of the entities participating in the event, and the projects of students and graduates of the College of Arts and Sciences, including graduates of computer science, interior design and graphic design.
