Appeal regarding forfeiture of the Right or Suspension of the Payment to Compensation or Aid within 15 days from the date of his knowledge of the decision.

- 2. Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).
- 3. A list of previous grievances, inquiries and complaints will appear to you with the status of each request for review and follow-up.
