- The candidate must have a university degree or its equivalent.
- The candidate must have previous experience in education or training of not less than five years.
- He must be of full legal capacity, of good conduct and behavior, and no final judgments have been issued against him in a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, honesty or public morals.
- The Ministry must approve his appointment, and this approval is renewed every two years for non-Bahrainis.
- He must be available to work in the private training institution.
