1. The candidate must have a university degree or its equivalent.
2. The candidate must have previous experience in education or training of not less than five years.
3. He must be of full legal capacity, of good conduct and behavior, and no final judgments have been issued against him in a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, honesty or public morals.
4. The Ministry must approve his appointment, and this approval is renewed every two years for non-Bahrainis.
5. He must be available to work in the private training institution.

3. Verifying the candidate's registration with the relevant authorities via the electronic system in the e-government.
